Provides a range of services to battered women and children and batterers, including a Family Violence Hotline (718-237-1337); crisis intervention; individual, group and couples counseling services; residential services, including a shelter and scattered-site apartments for victims of battering; special counseling services for children; and referral and educational information to battered women and children and batterers. Services offered at the Jewish Board's Madeleine Borg Community Services (MBCS) offices throughout New York City.
